How do I view my insurance information?

You can view your insurance information within the app. This information assists your provider in filing a claim for healthcare services.

Notes:

You can update your insurance by calling your provider’s office. Additionally, you can schedule an online appointment with your provider and verify your insurance as a pre-appointment task.

Open Account

In the sidebar menu, click the Profile icon [1], then click the Account link [2].

Click the Insurance link.

View your insurance details for your account. You can see a list that includes your primary, secondary, tertiary, and other insurance plans.

If you have recently submitted an insurance update, you can check the status of your insurance by clicking the Refresh button.

If the update has been processed, the page will refresh with the updated information.
