What is the Patient Care Journey app?
The Patient Care Journey Tendo app is personalized for patients and optimized for clinicians, improving end-to-end engagement and outcomes for both primary and specialty care. Patients can view every step of their care journey through one resource.
What are the benefits of using the app?
With a Tendo account, patients can:
Schedule appointments with their primary care provider
Receive post-visit summaries and reminders
View their appointments, results, labs, notes from their provider, and other resources
Access new personalized features in the app as they’re made available

What devices does the app support?
The app is built for native iOS and Android devices. Additionally, the web interface is fully responsive and can be used on any size desktop monitor.

Appointments
What types of appointments are supported in the app?
Patients can schedule in-office and virtual appointments.
Care Journey
What is the Care Journey feature?
The Care Journey page allows patients to manage and view all aspects of their healthcare, including searching for previous appointments and viewing upcoming appointments. They can view all lab results, medications, visit summaries, and more.
Messages
What is the Messages feature?
Messages allows communication between patients and providers. Patients can compose one of four message types to contact their provider and provider’s office on their own time.
However, some providers may not yet participate in Messages—if this feature is not available in the Patient Care Journey app, this feature has not been enabled by your healthcare organization or provider’s office.
What types of messages are supported?
Patients can compose the following types of messages:
Medical question to their provider
Customer support questions about billing, scheduling, and tech support
Medical requests for prescription refills
Online scheduling requests (which directs to the online scheduling page)
