How do I view the history of all upcoming and past appointments in the Tendo iOS app?
You can view the history of all past appointments and all upcoming appointments for requested care from your medical providers in the app. Open Care Journey In the Homepage, tap the Care Journey link. View Care Journey The Care Journey page displays all your past care appointments, tests, and orders. The page is ordered with the most recent date of care at the top: Visit Summaries display under the date of the appointment Tests and other resources are also displayed under the date when they were ordered or created Pagination is adjusted automatically as you scroll down the page. When no more results are available, the page displays a note indicating you have reached the end of your recent health data list. Filter Care History All care types display in the page by default. You can simplify results within the page at any time by tapping the Filters link. If you have a specific diagnosis or condition, the Conditions filter displays in the page [1]. Learn more about the conditions filter. The Type filter allows you to filter page content by the type of care you want to view [2]. Learn more about the type filter. View Care Item To view an item in the Care Journey page, tap the link for the item. View Visit Summary If a past appointment has a visit summary, you can view the Visit Summary by tapping the name of the provider and the appointment date [1]. If a visit does not yet have summary details, a pending status is displayed below the name of the provider and prior appointment date [2]. Once your provider has entered the details of your visit, the Visit Summary will be available. View Tests To view the results of a lab or imaging test, tap the link for the test. Note: You can also access test results within an individual Visit Summary page. View Orders To view an order for a prescription, referral, vaccination, procedure, or document, tap the link for the order. Note: You can also access orders within an individual Visit Summary page.

How do I filter my care journey for a specific diagnosis or condition in the Tendo iOS app?
The Care Journey page may include a Conditions filter, which displays care journey plans for a specific diagnosis or condition. You can filter your Care Journey to view upcoming and past appointments and medical care related to the diagnosis or condition. Note: Not all patients will have a Conditions filter. Diagnosis and conditions are associated with medical diagnostic codes within your healthcare system. Not all diagnosis or conditions may be supported within Tendo. Open Care Journey Tap the Care Journey link. Filter Care Journey Conditions Tap the All Conditions filter [1], then select the condition from the drop-down menu [2]. All related visit summaries, test results, referrals, or other resources that are associated with the diagnosis or condition will display in the page. Clear Filter To clear the conditions filter, open the drop-down menu and select a new condition, or the All Conditions option.

How do I filter my care journey for a specific type of care in the Tendo iOS app?
The Care Journey page includes the Type filter, which filters page content by the type of care you want to view. You can filter your Care Journey to view types of content for upcoming and past appointments and medical care. You can filter page content by the following options: Visit Summaries: Summaries of past appointments organized by provider and date Tests: Results from laboratory or imaging orders requested from a provider Prescriptions: Medications, equipment orders, or other requests from a provider Referrals: Referral orders from a provider Vaccinations: Vaccination orders from a provider Procedures: Procedure and surgery orders from a provider Documents: Diagnosis resources and letters you’ve requested from a provider Notes: Completed vaccinations and current prescriptions do not display in your Care History but can be viewed in your Medical Profile. If a requested document does not display in your Care History, you may need to check for new documents in the Documents page. Open Care Journey In the sidebar menu, click the Care Journey link. Open Filter Click the Filter link. View Type Click the Type filter [1], then select the type of care you want to view in the drop-down menu [2]. Tap the Care Journey link to return to the previous page [3]. All related items associated with the type of care will display in the Care Journey page. Clear Filter To clear the filter, click the Reset link.

How do I view my notes for all upcoming and past appointments in the Tendo iOS app?
You can view notes you’ve written for all upcoming and past appointments with your providers. You can edit notes at any time. Notes: Notes can only be added to individual appointments. Learn how to add a note to an upcoming appointment or add a note to a past appointment Visit Summary. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Notes Tap the My Notes link. View Notes Any notes you’ve created in upcoming appointments or past appointments are displayed in reverse chronological order. To view a specific note, tap the link for the note. The page displays your provider’s name and visit date [1], in addition to the notes you wrote for the appointment [2]. To edit the note, tap the Edit link [3].

How do I view the visit summary from a past appointment in the Tendo iOS app?
You can view the visit summary of a past appointment. Note: To be notified when lab results are available, ensure you have enabled external app notifications. If a visit does not yet have summary details, a pending status is displayed below the name of the provider and prior appointment date. Once your provider has entered the details of your visit, the Visit Summary will be available. Open Care Journey In the Homepage, tap the Care Journey link. Open Summary Tap the name of the provider and date of the past appointment [1]. Note: If a visit does not yet have summary details, a pending status is displayed below the name of the provider and prior appointment date [2]. Once your provider has entered the details of your visit, the Visit Summary will be available. The Visit Summary includes several sections about the details of your visit. View Vitals If your visit recorded health vitals, view them by tapping the Vitals link. View Notes All notes from your provider display in the Visit Summary page, including reason for visit, provider notes from your visit, diagnosis, assessment information, care plans, and additional instructions. Note: Entries that display additional content include the Show More link, where the full content can be viewed in the page. Note: If your diagnosis includes an arrow icon, tap the link to view additional information. View Lab Results If lab orders were requested by your provider, available lab results can be viewed in the Orders and Results section. To view details of an order, tap the name of the order.

You can view the visit summary of a past appointment in the Tendo iOS app. Please note that results may be available to you before they have been reviewed by your provider. This article shows how to view lab results associated with a specific appointment. You can also filter and view all lab results within the Care Journey page. Note: To be notified when lab results are available, ensure you have enabled external app notifications. If a visit does not yet have summary details, a pending status is displayed below the name of the provider and prior appointment date. Once your provider has entered the details of your visit, the Visit Summary will be available. For imaging orders, results are not displayed until they have been reviewed by your provider. View Disclaimer If your provider has not yet reviewed your results, a disclaimer displays at the top of the page. The content is truncated by default, allowing you to expand and collapse the remaining information about your results: “Your provider might not have seen these results yet as most results are displayed in Tendo as soon as they are available. Should your results require a change in your care, your provider will contact you. Unless you have urgent concerns, please wait a few days before contacting your provider's office about results.” Once your provider reviews the results, the disclaimer will be updated in one of two ways: If your provider reviewed the content without providing a note, the page will display a shortened disclaimer: “Please contact your provider with questions about your result.” [1] If your provider added a note to your results, the note will display in the page in place of the disclaimer [2]. View Results If results have been made available to you, the results section is displayed below the provider information. Depending on the type of test, your result may include one or multiple attachments that include additional context [1]. The test may up to two dates [2]: Ordered is the date the test was ordered by your provider Resulted is the date the results were made available to you Your results may include additional context below the Interpretation heading [3]. Analytes Test data may be displayed as individual analytes in various units. Each result includes the name of the analyte [1] and the unit result [2]. Test data may also be displayed as a reference range, which shows a set of values with an upper and/or lower limit among a large group of healthy people. Each result includes the name of the analyte [1] and the range [2]. Your result is the larger number, which may fall below, between, or above the range. If your provider included comments about an analyte, details can be viewed via the Note icon [3]. Graph View To view a graph showing your data result, tap the test data. Graphs compare data over time without having to view each previous measurement individually. For multiple data points, the graph displays up to five data points including both previous and later values, if available [1]. If a result includes a range, the range is indicated by dotted lines [2]. To view a specific value, tap the data point [3].

How do I view requested documents and letters from my provider in the Tendo iOS app?
If you have requested letters or documents from your provider during an appointment, you can check for documents and view them in the Tendo app. Such types of documents include a letter to return to work or return to play in a sports team. These letters can be requested during a phone call, patient portal message through your healthcare system, or during a provider visit. Notes: Documents and letters that have already been received can also be viewed in your Care History page. Open Profile Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Documents Tap the Documents link. Check for Documents Tap the Check for New Documents button. If new documents are available, they will display in the page. Open Document To view a document, tap the name of the document. To download or print the document, tap the Share icon [1]. To close the document, tap the Done link [2].

How do I request a prescription or medication refill in the Tendo iOS app?
From the Medications page, you can request a prescription or medication refill if needed. If you are out of refills, you can also request a prescription renewal. Note: Not all providers may support prescription renewal requests via messaging. If you cannot contact your provider via messages, you will need to contact your provider via phone. Open Account Menu In the Homepage, tap the Menu icon. Open Medical Profile Tap the Medical Profile link. Open Medications Tap the Medications link. Request Refills Tap the Request Refill(s) button. Review Request Types If your medication still has refills, you can request a refill from your pharmacy [1]. However, if you have no more refills available, you will need to contact your provider for a prescription renewal [2]. Note: If you are not able to send a message to your provider for a renewal, you'll be directed to contact your provider via phone. Contact Pharmacy If your medication still has refills, click the Contact Pharmacy option [1], then click the Next button [2]. View Pharmacy Details View the details of your pharmacy on file. You can use the information to refill your prescription via phone, or you can refill via their website (if available). Click the Close button. Request Renewal If you need a prescription renewal, click the Request Renewal option [1], then click the Next button [2]. Select Medication Select the medication(s) that need to be renewed [1]. Then click the Next button [2]. Note: For unlisted medication renewals, contact your provider’s office. Select Pharmacy To select the pharmacy on file, click the name of the pharmacy [1]. Then click the Next button [2]. Note: To select a new pharmacy, click the Enter Pharmacy Details button. You can enter the details of your pharmacy manually. Send Request Click the Send button. View Request Confirmation View the confirmation of your request. Please allow 48 hours for your provider to respond to your request. To view your request in your Messages, click the View link [1]. Otherwise, click the Close button [2].
