How do I set external notification settings?

You can adjust your external notification settings within the app to be notified about updated visit summaries and posted lab results.

Note:

The email address and SMS (text) number used for notifications can be managed in your user profile.
You can change your notification preferences at any time.
If you don’t want to enable external notifications, all notifications are always displayed within the app.

Open Account

In the sidebar menu, click the Profile icon [1], then click the Account link [2].

Click the Settings link.

In the Notifications section, you can view all notifications types that you can enable for your Tendo experience.

Each individual notification supports email, push, and SMS.

For each notification, toggle your preferred notification method(s). Changes to your notification preferences apply automatically.
