How do I view notifications?

You can view a list of all notifications directly in the app. Notifications display in the app for updated visit summaries and posted lab results.

Note:

Even if you have set external notification settings, all notifications you receive from your provider display in the app. When you view and read an external notification, the Notifications list is also updated to be marked as read.
Depending on your provider, some notifications may have related To Do items.

Open Notifications

In the Homepage, click the Notifications icon.

View all notifications that have been sent by your healthcare provider.

Notifications that are unread are indicated by a dot next to the notification summary.

To view a specific notification, click the notification link. The item for the notification will display in the app.

Once a notification is viewed, the notification is marked as read.

If you need to manually mark a notification as unread, click the Options icon [1] and click the Mark Unread button [2].
