How do I verify my insurance information for an appointment in the Tendo iOS app?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you may be asked to review and update your insurance information.
Open Insurance Verification
In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.
Tap the Verify Insurance link.
View Insurance
The page displays your current insurance information.
If the information is correct, click the Verify button [1].
If you need to update your insurance information, click the Update button [2].
View Completion
Once your insurance verification is complete, the Verify Insurance confirmation item displays a solid green circle with a white check mark [1].
Depending on your provider, you may have additional check-in tasks to complete.
