How do I view details about an upcoming appointment?

You can view details about your upcoming appointment in the Tendo app homepage.

Notes:

Upcoming appointments are only displayed for appointments scheduled via the Tendo app.

View Appointment

In the Homepage, locate the name of the provider and the appointment date.

Click the link of the appointment you want to view.

View the details page for your appointment.

In the details page, you can:

View the date and time of your appointment [1]
View the provider’s name and profile picture, if available [2]
View the location for the provider and get directions to the provider’s office [3]
Contact the provider via telephone [4]
Add the appointment to your calendar [5]
View the appointment type [6]
View the reason for your appointment [7]
Add appointment notes with questions or concerns to review with your provider [8]
Schedule a ride to your appointment (in-office appointments only) [9]
