After creating a Tendo account or accepting your Tendo account invitation, you can choose to download the Tendo iOS app and log in using your newly created password. Notes:  To log in to the Tendo iOS app, you must download the Tendo iOS app from the App Store. If you have forgotten your login password, you can reset the password for your account. When you have been idle in the app, you may be logged out for your security. However, if you enable Face ID in your iOS permissions, you can reauthenticate using Face ID instead of having to reenter your password. If you have enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) in your account settings, you will also be asked to provide authentication via the authentication method used in the setup process. If you want to log in using the password for your healthcare organization’s health portal, learn how to use Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. Open App On your iOS device, open the Tendo app. Note: Depending on your device’s downloaded app settings, the Tendo app may either be located on the home screen or in the App Library. Enter Email In the Email field [1], enter the email address you used to sign up for your Tendo account.  Tap the Next button [2]. Enter Password In the password field [1], enter the password you created for your Tendo account. Note: If you have forgotten your login password, reset the password for your account by tapping the Forgot Password link [2]. Log In Tap the Log In button. If you have forgotten your login password, you can reset the password to log in to the Tendo app. Notes: If you have not received the password reset email, please check your spam folder. If you request a password reset multiple times, only the most recent password reset email link will be valid. Enter Email In the Email field [1], enter the email address you used to sign up for your Tendo account. Tap the Next button [2]. Request New Password Tap the Forgot Password link. Enter Email In the Email field [1], enter the email address you used to sign up for your Tendo account.  Tap the Continue button [2]. Open Email In the Confirmation page, tap the Open Email App. Note: If you have multiple email clients installed on your device, the app will ask you to open your preferred email app. In your email Inbox, look for an email with a subject line about a password change request. Open the email and tap the click here link. Resend Email If you cannot locate the password reset email, return to the Tendo iOS app and tap the Resend Email link. The email will be sent to your email address again. Reset Password In the New Password text field [1], enter a new password for your account. In the second text field [2], re-enter the new password. Click the Reset Password button [3]. Return to Login Page After your password reset change has been confirmed, tap the Back to… button.

If you set up fingerprint or face recognition as part of creating your Tendo account, you can quickly log into the Tendo app using the same functionality. Notes: To use fingerprint or face recognition, ensure you have enabled Face ID in the Tendo iOS Settings page. If you no longer want to log in using fingerprint or face recognition, you can switch to log in using your password at any time. If your healthcare provider has set up Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and you have linked your healthcare provider’s credentials to your Tendo account, you can log into Tendo using your provider’s login credentials. Notes:  You must be invited by a supporting healthcare organization to sign up for a Tendo app account. You must use the same email address for both your healthcare provider portal account and your Tendo account. To log in to the Tendo iOS app, you must download the Tendo iOS app from the App Store. The SSO button only displays if your healthcare organization has set up SSO authentication, and you have previously logged in to your healthcare provider’s portal to link your accounts. You can choose to log in to the Tendo iOS app using your Tendo password at any time. Open App On your iOS device, open the Tendo app. Note: Depending on your device’s downloaded app settings, the Tendo app may either be located on the home screen or in the App Library. Enter Email In the Email field [1], enter the email address you used to sign up for your Tendo account.  Tap the Next button [2]. Use SSO Tap the button with the name of your healthcare provider. Note: The SSO button only displays if your healthcare provider has set up SSO authentication, and you have previously logged in to your healthcare provider’s portal to link your accounts. Enter Provider Email Enter the email address that is associated with your healthcare provider’s account [1]. Tap the Continue button [2]. Enter Provider Password Enter the password that is associated with your healthcare provider’s account [1]. Tap the Continue button [2]. View App View the Homepage. Learn to use the Tendo iOS app.

If your healthcare provider has set up Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, you can log into Tendo using your healthcare provider’s portal. This login process will also link your healthcare provider account with your Tendo account. Notes:  You must use the same email address for both your healthcare provider portal account and your Tendo account. Linking your accounts allows you to authenticate directly into the Tendo iOS app using the same username and password you use to log in your healthcare provider’s portal. Open Healthcare Portal On your iOS device, access your healthcare provider’s portal and find the link to access Tendo. You’ll be redirected to a login page. Enter Login Credentials Enter the username and password credentials you use to log in with your healthcare provider. Then proceed according to the webpage instructions. Note: You must use the same email address for both your healthcare provider portal account and your Tendo account. View Email Confirmation Once you submit your information, a message displays notifying you that a login verification was sent to your email. Confirm Email In your email Inbox, look for an email with a Welcome subject line. Open the email and tap the Verify Your Email button. Resend Email If you cannot locate the password reset email, return to the Tendo app and tap the Resend Email link. The email will be sent to your email address again.
